Refund Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a refund, your course must be unused with no activity on the account. No refund after 10 days.

  • Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Send an email to refund@lunardispatchdirect.com. Please put ‘Refund’ in subject line and the last 4 digits of the credit card and/or the method of payment used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
